LeadX22 exists to help business owners build stronger businesses.
The company was created around a simple belief: a business does not need more technology merely because technology is available. It needs the right systems, clearly connected to the way the business actually operates.
LeadX22 helps business owners understand what is happening in their customer journey, identify where opportunities are being lost, and build practical improvements that support the way they want to grow.
Why I Work This Way
My approach was shaped by years of working in environments where accuracy, communication, timing, and follow-through matter.
I spent 23 years in air traffic control with the Air Force and FAA, followed by approximately 20 years in mortgage lending and operations. I have also owned and operated businesses, including a medical spa.
Those experiences taught me to look beyond the obvious problem, understand how the parts of a system affect one another, and take responsibility for improving what is not working.
That perspective is now at the center of LeadX22.
